We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (German Civil Code – Section 312g BGB)

Under Section 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Custom-Made Products

Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured based on an individual choice or specification made by the customer, or which are clearly tailored to the customer's personal requirements.

This includes, for example:

• Custom-made wall tapestries

• Personalised blankets

Original Works of Art

The right of withdrawal is also excluded for unique, individually created works of art, such as original abstract paintings, as these are one-of-a-kind pieces that cannot be reproduced or resold in the same form.

Digital Content (Section 356 (5) BGB)

For contracts involving digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium (such as downloadable audiobooks, videos or PDF files), the right of withdrawal expires once performance of the contract has begun, provided that:

• the customer has expressly agreed that performance may begin before the withdrawal period expires; and

• the customer has acknowledged that, by giving this consent, they lose their statutory right of withdrawal once performance begins.

Important Information for Digital Products

Before downloading any digital product, customers are expressly asked during checkout to consent to the immediate execution of the contract and to acknowledge that their statutory right of withdrawal will expire once the download begins, in accordance with Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB).

If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you would like is to return the item you have received. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.

As described above, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
