Why FEEL came to life

Some paintings are planned. Others quietly insist on existing. FEEL belongs firmly in the second category.

It emerged during a shamanic journey. While I was painting, Robbie Williams' "Feel" played on repeat.

What stayed with me wasn't just the melody. It was the contradiction. Wanting closeness. And instinctively running from it the moment it becomes possible.

I think many of us know that feeling. Not because we don't have emotions. But because, somewhere along the way, being strong simply felt safer. Perhaps it's easier to spend a lifetime appearing strong - than allowing yourself one truly vulnerable moment.

You won't break by allowing yourself to feel again.

That's what FEEL is really about. Not becoming someone else. Simply coming home to yourself.
