PAYMENT
You can pay via PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Shoppay, Apple Pay or instant bank transfer.
SHIPPING
Digital content (such as audiobooks, downloads, Zoom links or PDF files) is shipped exclusively by email. After
completing the order process, you will receive an email with a personal download link that you can use to download your file(s) directly. Please
check your spam folder if necessary.
RETURNS
Information on the right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB)
For digital products, the execution of the contract begins
when the download option is made available.
By downloading, you expressly declare your agreement that we may begin fulfilling the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period. This means that your statutory right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB. The return of digital content is therefore excluded once the download has started.
