Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts in accordance with Section 312g (2) BGB:
1. Delivery of non-prefabricated goods
Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, such as:
• Tapestries manufactured to customer specifications
• Personalised blankets
2. Delivery of unique works of art
The right of withdrawal is also excluded in the case of unique, individually created works of art – such as original abstract paintings – as they cannot be reused or resold in their design.
3. Delivery of digital content in accordance with Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB)
In the case of contracts for the delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier (e.g. downloads of audio books, video or PDF files), the right of withdrawal expires at the start of the execution of the contract if:
• the consumer has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur will begin executing the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• the consumer has confirmed their awareness that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of execution by giving their consent.
📝 Note for purchasing digital products:
Before downloading, the customer is expressly asked during the ordering process to agree to the immediate execution of the contract and to confirm that the right of withdrawal expires when the download begins (§ 356 (5) BGB).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or vouchers.
Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate purchase.
European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Regardless of this, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with labels attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
